  • ✅ Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • 🛠 Custom or bulk orders may require additional time (we’ll notify you if so)

📬 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries at this time.

Once shipped, you’ll receive:

❗ Delays or Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • ❄️ Weather conditions
  • 🚛 Carrier issues (UPS, USPS, etc.)
  • ✍️ Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer

Please double-check your address before confirming your order.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building manager
  2. Contact the carrier for GPS confirmation
  3. Reach out to us — we’ll help investigate!

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as best as possible.
